📥 Import Invoices into QuickBooks
  1. Download the CSV using the ⬇ QB Export button above.
  2. Log in to QuickBooks and go to Sales → Get Paid & Manage overview.
  3. Navigate to Invoices.
  4. Next to Create Invoice, click the dropdown arrow and select Import Invoices.
  5. Upload your CSV file and click Next.
  6. Column mapping is auto-filled — review and click Next.
  7. Click Complete Import — you're all set! ✓
